I just made this cake today for a friend who is gluten free and dairy free at the moment.
Turned out looking fantastic and tasting delicious. It is a great gluten free cake to cook as you don't actually need to go and purchase any specialise ingredients (other than making sure your baking powder is gluten free).
I found I got a more even cook by placing some foil on top for the first half of the bake and making sure it was on the middle shelf.
